Archvela is a brand operated by Innovatoo Business — F.Z.C, a Free Zone Company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (License No. 37359). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We make every effort to display colors, descriptions and prices accurately. Minor variations may exist. Prices are shown in AED. We may change prices at any time, but we honor the price displayed at the moment you place your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email. We may cancel an order (and refund in full) if there is a stock issue, a pricing error, or a suspicion of fraud. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed, except for cash on delivery where you pay the courier on arrival.

Shipping conditions are detailed in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the courier hands you the package.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archvela will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the UAE.
